Terms & Conditions

All reservations require a 50% deposit to be confirmed. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour time will result in a 100% loss of the deposit.

No-shows are non-refundable.

A full 100% refund will be issued if the tour is cancelled by Pristine Bay Watersports due to bad weather conditions.

All participants must sign the Liability Waiver before boarding. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.

Participants confirm they are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
