Pristine Bay Watersports \u2014 Last updated: 2025<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

All reservations require a 50% deposit to be confirmed. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour.<\/span><\/p>

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.<\/span><\/p>

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour time will result in a 100% loss of the deposit.<\/span><\/p>

No-shows are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>

A full 100% refund will be issued if the tour is cancelled by Pristine Bay Watersports due to bad weather conditions.<\/span><\/p>

All participants must sign the Liability Waiver before boarding. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.<\/span><\/p>

Participants confirm they are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.<\/span><\/p>
